高纯度水

水通常不会处于原始状态,因为水在与包括大气在内的多种物质和物质相遇时会受到污染。各种类型的高纯度水是根据允许存在的特定杂质来定义的。制造此类水需要去除令人反感的成分,或者至少将这些成分减少到可容忍的水平,然后再保持水的质量。工业界定义的高纯度水有许多类型,包括但不限于:饮用水、初始清洁和漂洗用水、纯化水、注射用水和超高纯度。


特定质量的高纯度水可能需要去除溶解的固体,例如氯化物、钙、硫酸盐、氨、砷铅、氟化物等重金属,或可氧化物质。其中大部分可以利用吸附技术来实现。其他要求,例如去除气相或微生物物质,将需要膜过滤。
