Ecosorb® C-947 is a pharmaceutical grade, multi-functional purification media that combines adsorption and filterability into a single product.

Key features:
  • The low hydraulic pressure drop of C910 makes it ideal for use in precoat and single plate NEUTCHE filters with bed depths from 2.5 to 50 cm.
  • The distinct advantages with these types of operations are that they eliminate carbon additions to the reactor, thus simplifying clean up, and in some cases, greatly increase adsorption efficiencies and purity. When used in batch operations, Ecosorb® provides reduced filtration times for reaction mixtures with significant amounts of solids and higher viscosities.
  • C-948 can be effectively used in batch, precoat, or deep bed modes of operation.
