Graver Technologies, a manufacturer of filtration and separation products, announces the acquisition of the cartridge assets of Whatman’s Process Filtration Division. The acquisition included the assets to exclusively manufacture Whatman’s trac-etch membrane filters, gradient density polypropylene pleated filters, dual-stage polypropylene depth filters, and the right to use the Nuclepore‚ trademark for these cartridge assets. The cartridge assets are being merged with the existing process filtration business at Graver Technologies’ facility in Glasgow, Delaware.
